As promised here is wedding two of Memorial Day weekend featuring Sara & Jordan. All the images but the first 3 were shot on the beautiful grounds of The Hall of Springs in Saratoga Springs NY. The morning looked like it was going to rain but it never did. It actually ended up being a perfect day for a wedding, awesome temperature, a tiny breeze & fabulous lighting all day. Sara & Jordan opted for a first look and it was one of my favorites to date. We got all the formal photos and portraits done with the quickness, everyone had time to chill before the Ketubah Ceremony. Sara & Jordan had Rabbi Anna Sugerman on the scene, she’s such a fun energetic person to have around on wedding day. Big Joe had a great idea to do the Ketubah Ceremony outside in the hall area which was awesome thanks to all that good light. The staff at the Hall of Springs never ceases to amaze me, they had a dressed up table outside for that ceremony within minutes, they rock! My man Lance Wheeler was shooting the video thru out the day as well. All and all a great day. Before the party began we went back outside for some of that good light and boy was it good! The rest of the wedding was in TS Ensemble’s hands and they did a good job on keeping the people up and dancing all night long. Sara & Jordan, thanks for having us. We had a fun time with your families and friends.
Enjoy, leave love,
JP

A former bride of ours Darcy Stryker doing the makeup…

A beautiful bride getting ready…

Jordan and the boys. One of my favorite ‘guy shots’ so far this season. The light, the lines, the curves.. all good.

Here is my series of the first look…

And here is Big Joe’s series of the first look…

Wow! How photogenic is she?

Now I normally don’t show shots like this on the blog but this ones special. All four grandmothers were able to see their grandchildren tie the knot. How flipping cool is this?

Some nice classic black & whites. My favs…

This light was so sweet!

Here I am doing my thing and loving what I’m getting…

The result of my reaction above.

I told you we had time to chill after! I got a whole folder of these shots…

I’ll say it again. What a great idea to sign the Ketubah outside.

On to the ceremony.

I know your digging that funky panoram of the hall…

back outside.

My other favs from the day.

Their first dance was that Adam Sandler song… beginning to see a trend with that.

sandra, i knew you’d comment on that song ;)
I can see how a trend would start! :) It’s a great song and tells the story of two people growing old together… you want to marry someone you can picture yourself growing old with…. it’s perfect!
Oh WOW! I looooooooved this one. Maybe because it’s the Hall of Springs, or maybe because you guys are just *that* good. Yeaa. I think that’s it.
Sara is such a beautiful bride – I love that her hair is half-up half-down.
And did you notice that both brides had almost the same dress this weekend (with the exception of the necklines)… AND are both named Sara! How great.
SUCH beautiful shots though, really. The one with the 4 grandmothers is by far my fave. :)
