It seems like it was just May and we were gearing up to shoot our first wedding at Saratoga National Golf Club this season. Now 8 weddings later we close out our run at Saratoga National for the 2009 season. It was a perfect September Saturday. Seriously this is why September continues to be our busiest month season after season. When the days are as nice as this why not choose September? So our awesome bride and groom for the most requested Saturday of 2009 would be Lisa & Darren. We’ve known Lisa and her family forever. I went to grade school with Lisa and her brother Chris. Speaking of grade school thats where the wedding took place at St James in Albany. Its one of my favorite churches to shoot in because of the great lighting and its easy to tip toe around in. After that we traveled up to Saratoga for some fun photos. Its safe to say we got some really awesome stuff. Its amazing the way the grounds change from May to September. The party was awesome, it was a great night. We want to thank Lisa, Darren and their families for having us capture their day. Congrats guys!
Enjoy, leave love,
JP
The beautiful bride!

Who did those bouquets? The one and only Kris Ann of Fleurtacious Designs ;)

A different view of that “just before” bride & dad shot I’ve been showing you all forever.

A fun group!

Back onto the course.

Love this, my fav easily.

Not a cloud in the sky.

How could that not make you happy?

How cute is Lisa?

Boom! How bout that goodness?

Ok so this is my fav also.

Some more awesomeness by Fleurtacious Designs…

Room looked great!

It always looks good when the person giving the toast asks everyone to raise their glasses.

Last minutes of the warm good stuff.

OMG, went to high school with Lisa and you totally captured her in nature always laughing, fabulous pics from start to finish!!
FABULOUS PHOTOS!!!!!! But Lisa really needs to smile more (ha ha) What a wonderful day!!!!
A long time ago Big Joe told me: “Little Joe (JP) had a good eye for photography”. BOY WAS HE WRONG! JP doesn’t have “a” good eye. He has two amazing eyes with imagination and vision. Your shots certainly captured Lisa’s and Darren’s happiness as well as the joyous celebration. The beautiful flower shots on your website say, “Awesomeness by Fleurtacious Design”. The true beauty was in the colorful and breathtaking presentations of the flowers by Kris Ann. Spectacular job by Fleurtacious Design! Let’s not forget Saratoga National Golf Club (677 Prime). The day couldn’t have gone any smoother from arrival to departure. Everything was done to perfection with the food being outrageously superb. I just realized that this is the first time I ever hit a TRIFECTA at Saratoga. Wonderful job JP! Walk proud Big Joe. Thanks for an outstanding job! Frank & Maryrose (Lisa’s parents)
The last image is like “oh my god,” so amazing. If you don’t already win awards you should… I”m in awe.
Congrats Lisa and Darren. The pics looked great, Nice job as always JP
Knowing you both like we do, we expected a beautiful photo display but we were amazed by your wonderful capture of the love expressed by two beautiful newlyweds Lisa and Darren. Joe and J.P. (a/k/a “Joey”), your work is beyond words!

Actually, love all the shots!!! Did Lisa’s face hurt from smiling all day? Looked effortless, and she looks beautiful! They both look so happy. What a beautiful day, from start to finish. I can see why September is popular – that was actually our first choice for dates (my parents’ anniversary, and our anniversary of dating is september)… but alas days were taken. I love the fall months overall though.
You guys have outdone yourselves, as you continue to do. Bridal party all look wonderful too!!!!
Love it. :)

Joe, I go to St. James and have always thought it would be such a beautiful church to get married in. You’re pictures prove it. That last photo of the silouettes against the sunset is spectacular – great job!
