Last Friday I caught up with a 2011 b&g of ours Julia and Greg. We wanted to capture what fall is all about with a little city flavor mixed in. I think we achieved our goal. I am just crazy about these images. The color, the couple, their style. I love it all. I love how Greg is kinda laid back and quiet an how Julia is like the total opposite always laughing and making Greg smile. Really people, I can’t wait for their August 20, 2011 wedding! I know these two will bring it big time. Anyway I had a total blast photographing and getting to know these guys. So let me shut up and slap some images into this post, click publish and head out for the weekend.

Julia really is incredible to photograph. This isn’t even an up close shot and yet her eyes pull you in.

A parking garage folks.. its not always sunshine, rainbows and kittens. I go for a simple location and let my couples carry the rest..
I knew Julia had a goofy face series in her. Greg just laughs at her..
Quite possibly one of my favorite “bling shots” to date.. check back next summer for their wedding!

Ok, so you know I’m a rural girl, so of course the entire series in Washington Park is AMAZING!! Seriously, I can’t stop scrolling through the first 4 or 5 images with that awesome color in the park. And then the ones of them sitting in the pine needles with the light coming in from the left??? It’s ridiculous! I love them! And the funny faces series is super cute! :) Congrats on the engagement!!

Um, can I order one poster sized? I want the one where Julia looks sultry…oh wait, that’s ALL of them! Julia and Greg, you guys look fabulous!! The outfits, scenery, and lighting are all perfect (I bet you could sell some of the first set to Uggs for a marketing campaign..(“Uggs will help you find a husband” – could be a big seller)
And don’t worry the poster sized photo comment was a joke – I actually want wallet sized of each one. Amazing pics!!

Ok, while i have to give due to the gorgeous first handful with the light and the GORGEOUS yellow leaves and the equally beautiful couple… my favorite is the swings!!!!!! I would be right there too, always a kid at heart. :) Also loving the silly series, she’s just goofing around and greg is like, ok sure why not? :)

i love these!! they are so beautiful, all the fall color is amazing. i really love the ones of them on the ledge with the buildings in the background, and the one of them laying on the pine needles and really, i just think they all are awesome! i just love looking at your pictures!! i can look through them over and over and over!!
