Last night kicked off the 2007 Alive at Five concert series. Being the official City of Albany photographer this is one of my weekly jobs. Its fun, I get to meet lots interesting people. The stage was a little small this week so shooting up there wasn’t really all that fun, hope next week the stage is bigger seeing as the feature act is Ruben Studdard!

What a weekend! Weather was more than acceptable, crowd was insane on Saturday for Joan Jett who rocked. Sunday Chris Botti performed with his band and that was awesome. I had fun and took tons of photos here are some for you all to check out.

I see that you were on your game all weekend long!
Those Tulip Fest 2007 images are awesome. The low angle shot of the Red Tulips, and Joan Jett from the rear of the stage are my favs. Great Job man, Jennings will be proud of you for making Albany look like such a happening place. Peace, AL.
Every year I shoot the Tulip Fest for the City of Albany, as part of my coverage I go out and photograph just the tulips. Wednesday my fisheye lens came in and I thought how interesting it would be to shoot the tulips with that rather than the way I shoot them every year with a long tight shot so I thought I would leave you with a little something for the weekend. Yeah I threw myself in one photo, why not? Also added are two images from the Street Scrubbing I shot today in downtown Albany. I know I used the fisheye on a lot of photos but its new & fun to me. Look for more Tulip Fest photos this Monday! Happy Mothers Day to all the Mom’s!
