fathers day pops concert

For the past 5 years the City of Albany holds a Fathers Day Concert and I have worked all 5 of them. Now that I have this blog I can finally share these images with you all. Every year the weather is great, the light is great and the performance is great. They always end the night with fireworks that rock too. Try to enjoy this next fathers day if you can.

alive at 5 – 06|14|07

Ruben

Another thursday which means another Alive at Five. But this one was crazy from the start. It was great to see my man Garland Nelson’s band Soul Session set the night off, I recomend catching these guys sometime. But then pure pandemonium as season two’s American Idol Ruben Studdard took the stage. Rubens a cool dude, I got a chance to hang with him in his trailer before he went on stage (and no I didnt tell him I voted for Sanjia this season). His preformance was awesome too, the fans were into every note he sang and I think it may be hard for the City of Albany to top the crowd’s attendance this summer but we will soon see.
